Denae S. Allison
Media Director

At Gross Capital, Denae Allison designs and oversees strategic media
relations programs that optimize innovative and state-of-the-art solutions
for delivering corporate messages to the investment community.
Specializing in copywriting, advertising, marketing and corporate
communications, Ms. Allison's avocations range from drafting, editing and
distributing press releases to acting as a liaison between members of the
media and management executives.

Ms. Allison employs her keen knowledge of media and investor relations
to pique market exposure for Gross Capital's national and internationally
based publicly traded and private clients. She assists in a variety of
industries which include oil and gas, entertainment, pharmaceutical and
retail while generating widespread visibility, broader recognition and
maximum appreciation in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Gross Capital, Ms. Allison worked at a leading newspaper
and regional television station. Through her career, Ms. Allison has held
editorial positions with several media-related organizations in the San
Antonio and Houston, Texas markets where she composed and edited
copy, designed annual publications and supervised post-production
operations.

With ten years of experience in communications, Ms Allison's expertise
encompasses an extensive background in news and feature writing,
reporting and editing, broadcast journalism, technical and creative writing,
public relations, media relations, advertising and marketing. She has
achieved numerous awards for writing excellence in print media for her
contributions to several newspapers, magazines and trade publications.

She is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds a Bachelor's
degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.
