Mr. Gross' extensive expertise transcends the confines of industry and
specialization to encompass retail, oil and gas, healthcare, e-commerce, IT, manufacturing, communications and a variety of other business areas. His knowledge has successfully piloted a number of companies through periods of executive change, equity offerings and strategic reviews, major transactions, crisis management and a wide range of transitional activities.
In the late 1970's, Barry Gross was instrumental in the global marketing success of Banner Guard, a 3-inch wide yellow plastic tape famous for roping off crime scenes and other hazardous areas, when he increased products sales from $10,000/month to over $200,000/month in less than two years. After the successful launch of Banner Guard, Mr. Gross became a retail stockbroker from 1980 to 1990 with such firms as Cowan& Company and E.F. Hutton.
A native Houstonian, Mr. Gross holds a Bachelor's degree in Business
and Marketing from the University of Houston.
